VOLOS-LARISA 2013

In November 2007, the International Committee for the Mediterranean Games (ICMG) decided in Pescara (Italy) that the city of Volos (Greece) would host the XVII Mediterranean Games which are to be held in 2013. It had only to choose from three candidates. It is scheduled for 23 countries to participate, the athletes competing in 28 sports disciplines, some of which are new, like the triathlon.
